He also assists new residents by providing room measurements, allowing them to create effective and personalized floor plans. Acting as a key liaison between housekeeping and maintenance, Luke works to ensure that each apartment is spotless and ready for its new occupant. On moving day, he coordinates all logistics, helping to arrange availability of elevators and offering guidance on the best paths to move furniture and boxes with ease.
Luke is also available to help new residents arrange complimentary 2-hour maintenance service, which can include hanging curtains, shelves, pictures, and other personal touches. His dedication and attention to detail facilitate a seamless transition, making residents feel confident and comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Additionally, residents enjoy the personal attention provided by Jillian. Shortly after move-in, she ensures that new residents are well-informed about the community's features by personally meeting with each one, as well as providing a comprehensive welcome packet that serves as an excellent resource for navigating all aspects of resident life.
